The NCGSOA By-laws were passed by its membership on September 18, 2008, and certified by the Nassau County Girls Soccer Officials Association board members. By-laws were modified in October 2009 and then again in October 2010. The latest edition is below for you to print out or read online. There were more modification to the by-laws in October 2014, September 2018, and August 2023.
